Thank you to General Sessions Judge Roach for being a leader in the court system and passionately serving the citizens. We understand that being involved in the court system means you are a defendant, plaintiff, or victim. None of those roles are a good experience. Our job is to make sure that your experience is fair, consistent, and personal.

We appreciate all feedback. Good feedback lets us encourage employees and let them know that what they are doing matters. We dont always get it right, so when we dont we want to know about it. No one is perfect and we cant fix what we dont know is broken.

Thank you Jefferson County for allowing us to serve you. We truly care and appreciate the opportunity.

Well said, Mr.Kevin Poe, Circuit Court Clerk! I honestly believe that you couldn’t find two better judges to serve Jefferson County than the Hon. Judge Roach and the Hon. Judge Sloan. They not only have compassion, but also integrity. I say that because I’ve experienced them!

I love this!!!

Mr. Poe, compassion and Integrity are two traits that few Individuals have anymore. While their was a time I applauded Jefferson County. I guess when I was doing some traveling a few years ago, I often caught myself calling and talking with Judge Strand. Why, Well I don't exactly know, maybe I was lead that way. Just sometimes saying I'm still here and alive. Compassion and Integrity should be within those who have the ability, the position, the education, and the hearts to understand all Individuals, rich, poor, short, fat, tall, black, white, yellow everyone. While my last couple of introductions into the new establishment of judges, District Attorneys, probation officers, Attorneys in Judge roaches court room have left bitter nasty taste deep in my soul, I cannot agree with you that there is any type of compassion in General Sessions Court room with Judge Roach and the three district Attorneys. While only one DA speaks the other two remain seated and silent. I have exhausted myself with pulling up there License to practice law in Tennessee, maybe my mistake and maybe not. I do know that when a case is brought back to Court and the parties from original such as district attorneys whom a claim has been filed against does not have the right or the authority to over see same case that had conduct behavior, cohesion, discrimination, and violation of my civil Rights against them. In round two the same behavior was used by the district attorneys and Judge Roach said or done nothing on the grounds of blackmail. Mr. Poe I am in no way scared to stand up for my rights, or voice my concerns and regards against your current Justice System. Compassion and Integrity is two valuable lessons that need to be taught to those overseeing the lives of other Individuals. My charge was assault only, it was not assault with Injury, because there was no Injury to the two criminals that your system let go free, Why? Money, donations, neighbor's. etc. Many Individuals have suffered painfully due to this corrupt system, many good Individuals have gave, lost, or had taken from them everything they believed in. stood for, fought for, and lived for, due to your current district attorneys, attorneys, Judges wanting not what they took an Oath for, but for a name and for control. Did I know Judge Roach did not have Jurisdiction over my case? Yes. I have letters, emails and other document's stating I did not want to see him sitting on the bench at my next Introduction to your establishment of corruption in the justice System. Mr. Poe compassion is what I have and it cost no one nothing, both Integrity and compassion comes from the heart. It does not lie, steal, cheat, deceive. It does not wear a mask, present falsification, it does not take from the poor and hand to the rich, it does not hide behind a ruthless criminal. It stands like a real man or woman should and carry's on a family heritage of love, truth, peace, honesty, respect, and loyalty to the United States of America, our Constitution, Amendments, laws and our forefathers, brothers, sisters, grandparents to our great great great parents who built this land, fought for this land and died for all of our freedom. That is compassion and Integrity. Further filings with any and all Courts I chose shall follow State, Federal, United states District from tier 1 to tier top Washington DC, if I have to hand deliver.
