As our Nation is in an “access remotely” status, services like our pay by phone are experiencing long wait times. Our phone payment center is ran by nCourt. They are trying to staff and field calls as fast as possible, but they do business nationwide. The company went from standard operations one day, to the entire country doing business by phone or internet overnight.
They are working to train additional staff to meet this new demand. There are multiple ways to make payments for all types of services. If you have trouble reaching them by phone, you can still pay online here at our website. Additionally, you can mail a money order to 765 Justice Center Drive, Suite 2, Dandridge TN 37725 along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
